1.      Clear Jammed Paper Area in HP Printer
·        Clear all paper jam area like ink cartridge access, input tray, automatic document feeder, Rear printer.

2.      Make Sure that Carriage can progress Freely in Printer
·         Turn on your HP printer
·         Open cartridge access door by putting fingers into slot on left side.
·         In ink cartridge access area move carriage
·         Until carriage is idle await to continue
·         disconnect power cord from rear of printer
·         from the main electrical outlet free the power cord
·         check, is there is any object which is restricting carriage
·         manually you need to move carriage by arriving at inside printer via ink cartridge access door
·         remove if you found any loose paper
·         Close ink carriage access door
·         Re-link power cord to rear of printer
·         Plug the power cord again at back to power source
·         Turn on your printer and again try to print

3.      Clean Paper Feed Roller:
·         Clear rollers inside ink cartridge access area, inside rear of printer, ADF.

4.      Reset your Printer Device
